Booking Terms and Conditions
When you book from ARA Tours tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking & Payment
Payment (in danish kroner) can be made by Bank transfer or by Vibrant.
Payment for the tour must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour.

Bank transfer costs are paid by the client.

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of departure are refunded 90%
Cancellations made between 48-24 hours prior to departure are refunded 50%. This includes bookings made less than 48 hours to departure.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are not refunded. This includes bookings made less than 24 hours prior to departure.
“No shows” will not be refunded, neither do we refund if the client is late.
Travel Insurance advice
ARA Tours strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive Travel Insurance for themselves and their group. ARA Tours will not be responsible for any losses, injuries or damage out with our control or as a result of activities or behaviour which is careless, reckless or contrary to safety advice.
All sites visited on the tour are accessible for guests with reasonable physical mobility.
Guests are reminded to ensure they are appropriately dressed for the weather and sites such as warm clothing, waterproof/windproof outer garments and suitable footwear.
Sorry, no pets are permitted on the vehicle except for assistance dogs.
Smoking, or the use of electronic vaping devices are not permitted in the vehicle.
Right to Refuse Service
ARA Tours wish to ensure that all guests can experience the wonderful sites and activities in Suderoy in a safe, friendly and professional environment. ARA Tous are therefore obliged to refuse to provide a service or ongoing service to guests who are violent, abusive or offensive to staff, other guests, or who conduct themselves in a disorderly manner so as to cause or be likely to cause nuisance, injury or damage to any other person or property. In such circumstances where services to a guest are refused or revoked, the guest/s responsible will forfeit the full cost of the tour and may also be liable for any injury or damage caused.
The guest consents, through payment, to the processing of personal data by ARA Tours. We will respect your privacy at all times. The data will not be shared with third parties.
Complaints have to be made no later than 72 hours after our services have finished. Complaints can be made to email@example.com
If the guest and ARA Tours fail to reach agreement during negotiations, they may approach a public court of law.
